This website is operated by A1A Custom Homes. These terms describe website use and our SMS program. Effective date: October 12, 2026.
Website information is provided to help you explore remodeling and home building services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a construction contract, guarantee availability or constitute a final quote. Project scope, pricing, schedules and obligations are established separately in the applicable written agreement.
A1A Custom Homes SMS program
If you opt in, we may send non-marketing messages about estimate requests, project updates and appointment scheduling. Promotional messages about special offers, discounts or service updates are sent only when you separately consent to marketing texts. Message categories must match the consent you provided.
Optional consent
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting an estimate request. Entering a phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing texts. Marketing and non-marketing consent are separate choices when both are offered.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project and selected message categories. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to the number sending the messages to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out; after that confirmation, further program texts will stop. To rejoin, opt in again through the original signup process.

Delivery and your contact details
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on carrier coverage, device compatibility and other conditions. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to use the mobile number you provide.
